CRM Platform Disclosure
Our lead forms are processed through a third-party CRM platform. This platform acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually obligated to protect your information consistent with this Privacy Policy. Your information is not used by our CRM provider for their own marketing purposes.
5. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Compliance
As a licensed insurance producer, Hall and Hall Insurance Services is subject to the privacy requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Under GLBA, we are required to:

Hall and Hall Insurance Services is currently licensed as an individual insurance producer in the State of Indiana. Indiana residents may contact us directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable regulatory retention requirements.
